Well, it all depends if you were hit before by anyone on the head, to have sth to compare it with, and also because of pain tolerance treshold.
Also you will get more easily ko-d if you 've never done it before.
Some ladies will use a very small amount of power to ko someone properly and in that case it will be less unpleasant.
Other(mostly less experienced) will beat you up quite badly before you get ko-d(which is ok if you like it, but if you don't that obviously it hurts).

The waking up from a real kicking ko for me is an euphoric feeling, an adrenaline and endorphine plus dopamine rush combined.
For me I like it when it is done barefoot and by skilled kicking martial arts
ladies and it is one of the best feelings in this world.
I am not much fond of the whole process leading up to it seeing how unpleasant it is but the feeling of waking up from a ko is worth it.
And by a lot.
I also like to watch the videos of myself being ko-d.
It helps me replay the awesome feeling in my head.
Weird right?
But I love it.
