Loved that brutal beatdown that Dern imposed on Hill last night and kudos to Hill for lasting the distance! Dern vs. Rose - bring it on!!!

Hill isn't a top drawer fighter, but like others before her such as Julie Kedzie, or Jan Finney, she'll fight anyone, anywhere. Fighter's fighters.

For that reason, she's better than her record suggests. 15 wins and 13 losses isn't a fair reflection of how good she is. Especially now. She has clearly skilled up her grappling from when she was getting choked out in seconds by Rose and Carla.

Age 38, she's probably what you'd call a grizzled old battle-dog at this point. Doesn't give anyone an easy fight. Is hard to put away and durable. Has a way of looking busy, landing significant strikes (but are they really significant?) and making fights close and gritty. Often goes to split decisions.
