Speaking of dumb thoughts...Buying a couple of videos while uploading, downloading, and yes, even watching those same producers content on tube sites is not supporting them, no matter how much you try to make it so to justify your reasoning.

Buying from a site doesn't give you permission to watch whatever is uploaded of theirs for free, it just gives you access to that video.

However, I download videos from Clips4Sale and support the original producer(s). When did I ever say that it was okay to upload videos from producers on tube sites? Sounds more like you made the snap judgement that we're all "filthy pirates" just from two comments, and because neither of us agreed with you. Let me break this down for you. If I'm watching a video from Scissor Foxes, I download their videos from the official site or their clips4sale. I never said anything that I upload or DL videos on PH. You only made that up to fabricate a further argument that wasn't made the in the first place. I clarified that wanting people outed and exposed for watching and downloading videos on pornhub, is dumb. You talk about have "holes" in arguments, but you had the biggest one by automatically jumping to conclusions.

It’s not false equivalency. It’s clear that, from your perspective, piracy is alright as long as the producer can endure the cost. That establishes that this is personal, not objectively right or wrong, and kinda kills your argument. You can’t have it both ways.

In case you guys are wondering what happened to PornHub here the lowdown. This cocksucker from the NY Times wrote a scathing hit piece last week. I read it. He used a handful of bad examples of teen porn and revenge porn. He found two or three former disgruntled ph employees.
Don't get wrong nobody, certainly non of the members here that I know of, view or endorse that kind of garbage. There was outrage by the readers so everyone ( including us) got screwed..
Even producers with their own copyrighted material got yanked. He brought up femdom trying to convince people that the subs were actually being dominated against there own will.
So if you're not a verified member. In other words showing your identification, photo id, address, etc. before you upload any videos they're coming down.
He wrote two articles. I read an hours worth of the comments under both.
They people commenting were so mislead. Many no doubt were the self-righteous hypocrites.

It's a CRIME! lol What part of that do you not get? They are stealing from us. In any other case of theft, you find out who the person is stealing from you, when they get caught.

And PH *is* doing it now. You have to expose your identity to them to upload or download. So in that sense, it is my fantasy come to life.

It's not hard to understand: It hurts everyone, but hurts the smaller producers more, and we have less recourse to do anything about it.

I still think a lot of people are ignoring how this is so bad in so many ways. I'm going to ignore the pirating part of PH which we can all agree is bad (and anyone who did it should be flayed or tortured or something apparently... moving on). This was a source of revenue for so many people and it has been destroyed. SWers, cam girls, hobbyists, etc all just lost a revenue stream with a snap of a finger. Credit card companies using their monopoly on internet commerce to shut down adult sites effectively is very bad and we should all be worried. Instagram continues to target SWers accounts more and more. Clips4sale is apparently removing a bunch of fetish categories in no doubt due to pressure from the credit card companies. You can say something like bitcoin is the answer, but it just isn't a commonly enough used currency to be viable. You aren't going to get someone who doesn't use bitcoin to start using bitcoin to pay for their porn.
