Default Re: Has anyone beaten a session wrestler?

Yes I have beaten every female I have faced. I am 5ft 6 145lbs but I have done freestyle wrestling and can Bench 240lbs,Squat over 300lbs.

I have however never faced a top tier girl like Sheena or Warrior Amazon or the one I want to wrestle the most Diana!

I am 6'5, and depending how seriously I workout my weight is between 250-270 (I lose weight if I start getting lazy). Strength-wise, when I am not lazy in the gym I can bench 365 for reps, when I am being lazy then it is more like 315 for reps. The dumbells in my gym go up to 100lbs, and I can easily rep those for shoulder presses (full ROM, dumbbell touches my shoulders). So I am pretty strong, but not powerlifter strong - it's not like I am benching 600lbs or something like some of the guys I know.

I have faced approximately 15 session wrestlers in my time and my aim was to get my ass handed to me and so far I have achieved my goal every single time.

You beat Chloe? May I ask your size and skill? I had a very difficult time against her.

Never met a session wrestler I couldn't beat..but then again I've been training in BJJ and grappling for years. My goal with most of my sessions is to get my ass kicked for the first 20 minutes of the session then make a comeback for the win. Most challenging and fun way for me.

Most recent session was with Tapered Physique shortly before the pandemic hit. She is very strong, but I was able to wear her down and win 2 falls to 1, both with rear naked chokes.
Would like to hear about your boxing match with Malibu.

In my book you are more than just "pretty strong", you are extremely strong.
To me it seems that a lot of gym goers grossly understimate how strong they are compared to the average of the population since they mainly compare themselves to others people in the gym.
