It may very well be a complete squash match to pit her against the average 20-something Indian man.

How about the average Indian man her own age... That would just be sad.

Couch potatoes don't realise or accept how debilitating 5, 10, 20 years of sedentary living can be. How vulnerable they'd be against middle aged female celebs that are putting up a DAMN good fight against Father Time.

Simple physical fitness can make a huge difference. Going for a run, a couple of gym/weights sessions per week, stretching/mobility/yoga to maintain flexibility and suppleness, reduce the risk of pulling or straining something. Paying attention to your diet - not overloading on sugary, salty, processed crap all the time and getting obese, putting strain on your heart & organs.

Many would be vulnerable against a middle aged female celeb for those reasons alone. And don't kid yourself about aggression either. "But but but she wouldn't be aggressive. Women aren't aggressive." These women are typically ambitious, driven, egotistical and haughty divas. They absolutely can get aggressive and violent. They're not docile little dormice looking for a life of submission and servitude in her husband's kitchen.

They're saying FU to Father Time and getting jacked. Getting more powerful and influential in their careers. Keeping younger women down. Keeping younger men erect.
