I am into sleeperholds. Just about every girl on the session scene knows how to apply one. But has anyone sessioned with any of these ladies that really stands out as having a really great sleeperhold /Rear naked choke?

No not really dangerous. the real danger is if a sleeper hold is applied poorly and there is damage to the windpipe. But this can happen in any sort of grappling and is not unique to sleeper holds.

Kordelia Devonshire will put your lights out and put you really deep under.
Nicole Oring has some good technical skills but you cant go full strength with her. she just isn't big enough or strong enough. But if she gets you in a sleeper hold she will turn out the lights if that is what you want.
And of course Nikki Fierce will KO you upon request but her sleepers can be on the brutal side.
