I just got deleted from Saradas, I guess they thought I was not posting enough pirated material. I agree it is a pretty terrible place, and hopefully will not miss it.

On the other hand, the main reason for piracy is not necessarily all about saving money. Many of the comic sites and less extreme fighting videos places allow PayPal, and I am happy to use this if the price is right. Clips4sale requires credit card, and I don't really want a hardcore site such as C4S on my credit card statement - especially since the clips I might want are not themselves especially extreme.

I do think people naturally push back against having to pay a buck for each minute of footage.

Is it not possible to stream content direct these days, so that the viewer never has the file on their computer to pirate in the first place? And if the content is being paid per view rather than brought outright, the price can perhaps be made reasonable?

Re Clips4Sale

In the UK, C4S credit card charges show up under the name Suncoast Productions - though this may vary according to territory. And although I've never tried it myself, aren't the Stores that have a 'c4slive.com' option aimed at people who want the live streaming alternative?

Sorry, but I don't think Saradas is the cause of downfall of our community.

It's how disorganized and fragmented it keeps becoming. Before, you could guarantee finding awesome stories at DtV, and had websites like muscles of Deekay, etc., the Aurora Universe... but then, everyone needed to get their own site (like this very own website, first time I even know about malevsfemale.org after looking for some old stories).

Amaz0n came, Saradas came, then Brawna, Brawna 2.0, so many awesome content over there, but so unstable, and a manner of delivery as messy as online forums to deliver material? Things simply become hard to come by, to follow, to build loyalty around with how inconsistent things are.

Your own stories, Silentcrs, I think you started in Brawna with the Ultimate Power Ultimately Corrupts. I ate every single entry, but then the stories cut short, Brawna disappeard twice... and the stories? Till recently, I realize that you are on Amy's Conquest, but just like that website, there's more and more yahoo groups popping out, more websites like Kandor's, etc...

It's so freaking hard to tag and follow the ebb and flow of our community, specially with many big ones like TigerSan opting for deviantArt, that we simply fail to create a strong community, somewhere we clearly know where to find it. To this day, religiously I browse DtV, and even though the story quality has gone to hell, at least I still get to stumble upon gems like Michele's LeMuscles newer stories (which are also sold at Amy's Conquest*, and I more than happily have been buying).

Truly, one of the biggest losses our community has suffered has been Brawna.org being taken down twice and so many exquisite, polished stories taken down... Leaving so many of us scattered and lost.

*Xtreme Strength, Amy's Muscles, Kandor's Website... so many websites branching off DtV, huh?

I love this thread.
There are a few problems I have and one of them is him charging for content and charging people 20/mo. Really where does the money go...to the hosting? I doubt it cause it is cheap these days. Also no file attachment like this site. One of the mod can be a douche on there too.

My profile is still there.
I've read and enjoyed their session reviews from time to time, but I've also found they've had no qualms about sharing too much information at times. I never got a good vibe from their website, though I confess to reading posts there sometimes.

Not really what this thread started out as though. Is Sadaras a primary site that's killing art content and ignoring copyright and hurting income from sales, I'm under the impression that it's the internet overall, and Sadaras is just one avenue out of many that's hurting paid content.

Pornhub seems to do the same thing with videos, and I like Pornhub, unfortunately, but it does seem wrong that they show so many copyrighted videos.
