Re: Friendly legality discussion
I did some sessions in Italy in 2014 and was asked to sign some documents explaining I understood the risks of the sessions and that my opponents were indemnified. It was all in Italian, but they talked me through it and I signed it. Guess they thought they might kill me. I'm still here

Re: Friendly legality discussion
Hi so I'm a commercial lawyer, which is quite different to what you allude to, being personal injury law. Practising out of a western country. Should premise this by saying that each country (and often each state/county etc within each country) has its own laws pertaining to PI stuff.
At a high level, you can do sessions since it's consensual and you sign waivers which release the session girls and their companies from all claims you might have against them. That said, who knows if, say, A club-q type business would fly in Texas. No idea. Each country has its own limits on state paternalism, i.e. the state acting in loco parentis (in the place of the parent). Japan is an interesting case, because he state essentially stays the hell out of your way until you break a law or hurt someone, then they come down hard on you. By contrast, in Australia the state is always on your case because they want to stop you from breaking laws, and if you do break a law the state is pretty lenient. In China, it's the worst of both worlds, where the state is always on your case and they come down hard on you if you break laws. I think in the US it differs per jurisdiction. I'd recommend just being discrete about sessioning if you're in a place in which you're not too familiar, and just make sure everything is consensual and everyone knows their boundaries. Not legal advice. |

Re: Friendly legality discussion
This is a very odd discussion topic. Bottom line (at least in the US) documents and waivers that are signed are not worth the paper they are printed on. If a wrestler hurts a man during a session, she would most likely not face any criminal charges, because both parties were consenting and knew what they were getting into beforehand...signed documents or not. However, in the US, anybody can sue anyone for anything. So there is no guarantee that the session wrestler would not be held financially liable for any injuries.
Regulation is not a good idea because frankly.....we have a good thing going. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! |

Re: Friendly legality discussion
Easy solution,
Book session with the lady of your choice. Pay the fee. Lie down on bed /mat /floor. The lady sits on you in whatever positon/s you require for the length of the session. The result is you get what you require, the lady has an easy session, and no injuries are sustained. No litigation. |
