Why we have this fetish

There is absolutely nothing wrong with mixed wrestling and enjoying losing competitively to a woman in a very physical way. That being said, it certainly is outside the norm and lately I've been doing a lot of psychological reading online as to why we're wired the way we are. I'm 30 now, but it wasn't even until I was 20ish or so that i found out most men like to dominate and throw around their woman in bed rather than vice versa


I love my current girlfriend and I've enjoyed the good times I've had with my ex-girlfriends. That being said, on a strictly, purely physical/sexual/lust way, sadly, they will never be able to compare to what a session wrestler or escort who is willing to act very dominate (ride on top, control my cumming, slap me) can do to me.


Some of the information I found online (i do not have a link, sorry) consider heterosexual male masochism to be on the spectrum of heterosexuality to homosexuality. Obviously, we are hetero but still considered slightly gayer than the typical person (if that makes sense?)


Growing up, how many of you had a combination of an absent, distant, or passive father and a mother who "wore the pants", so to speak who could also be harsh, overbearing, and disapproving at times? How many of you later in life seeked out male role models, whether it was a supervisor or a friend you looked up to? How many ended up getting some form of depression or anxiety in their teens or twenties? Earlier in life, were you the passive type who let others take the lead? My theory is that the power dynamics of your parents early in life, as well as their inability to control their emotions and being stressed out largely has contributed to our love of mixed wrestling. I also suspect that this would cause other psychological issues as well, such as depression or anxiety in your 20s

I can relate to some bits of that.My late father was away working abroad a lot and so my mum.and elder sister were around far more when I was aged 8 to 14.

I also had depression in my 20s and re the heterosexual statement I know what you mean aaa Ive always been in touch with my feminine side so ex gfs and female friends and colleagues have told me.I am 100% hetero though even my love of watching intergender wrestling is all about the women.Even watching mixed tag I fast forward to when the female us in the ring as thats all I want to see.Ive only ever had hetero relationships and have never been interested in guys at all except as mates.

From what I've read the world of ancient Rome would consider this to be true where sexuality was on the active/passive continuum as opposed to a hetero/homo continuum.

My parents were both pretty strong-willed so that was probably a non-factor. Honestly, in person I enjoy dominating a woman sexually as much as I enjoy being dominated, but I rarely seek out images and stories of other men dominating. It's more like I feed off a woman's submissive energy.

My fetish as far as femdom/mixed wrestling is probably tied to feeling awed by and inferior to attractive teen or adult women at a very young age, when they were actually bigger and stronger than me. (Un)fortunately I had no formative experiences in childhood, I would just fantasize a lot.

It's a fetish for me because the sole act of wrestling or watching a fight gets me sexually aroused. Because the only porn I enjoy watching is that of women wrestling with other women or with men. Because I can only masturbate to pictures, videos or fantasies that deal with women wrestling.
I don't recall having any "childhood events" that could lead to this. I began noticing my erections at an early age (7-8 y/o perhaps) while watching MALE boxing or wrestling. Can relate to some of what you say in the opening post especially the thing about the parents, and depression (which, unfortunately I am still battling).

I was taken out of my home at the age of 4 with a protection order due to being battered black and blue by my birth mum - not sure if that has anything to do with this whole dominant woman thing that I have going on.
