I once took the NoFap Challenge myself. About two years ago or so. I went at it for about two-and-a-half months. I was....very disappointed in the end results, which, as you may have guessed right about now, were lackluster. Oh certainly, I experienced a (small) confidence boost in the very beginning but....not enough where I was able to get women to fall into my bed with a glance (however, a lot more women did avert their gaze from mine when I would look into their eyes so, make of that whatever you will). NoFap has a cult around it, and an unholy union with some anti-porn movements .. There are better approaches, but it'll get you there.
