Wrestling escapes
Hi guys something a bit different but thought it would be cool if guys could post some escape tutorials/tips from scenarios you typically face in sessions with FBBs Ie
1) How to escape head scissors with a Fbb who has strong/powerful legs. 2) How to escape a body scissor when she is at the side of you 3) How to escape a grapevine, when a strong lady is on top of you pinning your wrists down, using her full force, breast smothering you |

Re: Wrestling escapes
Scissors can be escaped with a help of a secret move called an 'oil check'.

Re: Wrestling escapes
1. Wedge your hands in, get a gable grip and pry your elbows apart.
2. Stand up and stack them. 3. Push against their chest with your head and work for an under-hook. |

Thanks 1) That sounds so simple lol. What happens if it’s reverse head scissors and she has grip of your hands/arms. 2) Don’t know how it’s possible to stand up in that position. When she’s got her legs wrapped around your rib cage 3) What happens if she has tight grip on your wrists/hands and can’t move because of her strength? |

Re: Wrestling escapes
1 & 3 - You want to break grips with a circular motion towards the thumb.
2 - Work your way up to your knees first, Jiu Jitsu bridge or roll around if you have to. |

Re: Wrestling escapes
1. Escaping scissors was easier when I had more "girth", when you roll yourself up and expand you can take a lot of the pressure off, then elbows under the knees to finish. If you're smaller it's tougher but not impossible.
2. Agree with others, stand and get rid. Of course if it's applied by a heavy-ish lady though, this is extremely tough. 3. If they're smothering you, can always use gravity against them and wrap your arms round their back and squeeze them into submission if you're strong enough and able to withstand the pressure, I've done that a couple times with success (out of like 20) but upper body strength dictates if you can break the grip on your wrists. Very hard to get out of. |

Re: Wrestling escapes
3) How do you break a strong grip from a Fbb who pinned you down by your wrists?
Only upper body/grip strength will get you out or could you use special techniques Also once you break the grip I guess you’d have to do a glute bridge and then flip her around. |
