This is what started it, mrbastard stating what to me seems fair (and he too supports her doing this), and then came the posts like above admonishing him for stating his opinion.

I have highlighted the above as it seems to infer "All People", which I will disagree with.

I can go to fightpulse and choose the type or genre of video I want. I can google search "Large women beating up males" or similar too.

The point is if this is what you want then search it out.

I wish Sachmet all the best and if she is successful and is doing something she likes, good for her.

However for well over a week this is what I see when I log on here, so I can't escape this, and yes I think for the vast majority here it is not what they are looking for.

If you can go to Fight Pulse and search out what type of video or wrestler you want, why do you feel offended enough to make comments when you know there’s alternatives that you do like? Why shit over someone else’s preference? The market is saturated with very similar body types, it’s refreshing to see larger women (my preference) get promotion. I don’t shit on posts when I see thinner, scrawnier women or the same FBB/Insta body. I let people enjoy their preference and don’t belittle anyone.

Also your point about seeing the gif for well over a week is a little silly, too. It’s a studio promoting their latest release. It’ll be another gif when there’s another video. And you can escape it very easily by not looking or scrolling to whatever comment/thread you’re looking for.

But the point I want to add is that a generality such as "I prefer to wrestle black women" or "Stick thin models do nothing for me" can often be expressed without upsetting anybody in particular.

The problem with members who can't stop telling everyone they don't like this new girl is that they made it personal - i.e. directly about her. And that's what makes it "offensive", whether you recognise it or not.

Indeed. The early statement about not being able to say things was probably meant as a complaint, but I see it as a good thing. It shows that we're getting through to society at large that these things said about women are hurtful, disrespectful, and cause significant damage.

As a result, it is becoming clear to many people that these hurtful, disrespectful, and damaging things should not be said.

The next step is going from educating that these comments are damaging to why these comments are damaging. That's a tougher job, but we can do it.
