Wife had the flu for which paused her training, but she maxed out last week with 7 reps with 30lbs.

update...wife continued to do curls without my knowing....challenged me to an armwrestling competition last night betting on who makes dinner this week. Guess I'll be getting the cookbook out.

That's exactly what I think and I was looking for for my wife. The issue is I can't find a wrestling class for a woman. Very few classes in France. Not a single one close to where we live. Mostly with teenagers.

I was even ready to pay private classes for her but same, kind of impossible to find a female wrestling trainer.

She beat you! Was she cool about it or did she gloat?
It's likely she told her friends.

You should challenge her to a rematch and if/when you lose, tell her that you could outwrestle her.

She asked did I really beat you or did you let me...i said she really did. She started laughing and teasing me. She actually said.."go make me a sandwich". We had the best sex that night.
