Grapevine by petite girl

Although sometimes I was in fights, I have never been grapevined by anybody. So I have this little question.

We can read a lot of tales, session reports or real life stories, where skillful female grapevines male, even if she is smaller/weaker in general. In some stories, females are smaller and weaker, but they have strong legs.

However, most of females' legs are weaker than most males'. At least, I think, an average girl's legs are slightly weaker than average guy's. So, this is a question.

Is grapevine a pretty common (for any attacker) agvantantageous position or no? I mean, could any weaker-legs-person grapevine the stronger-legs-person? Maybe, wrapping legs around hips is too efficient leverage to block resisting? If it is true, then, a lot of slightly-weaker-legs girls could apply grapevine on guys.

If not, then, most of guys could resist easily, draw legs together and block grapevine attempts.

I assume, theoretically, average 170cm girl could grapevine 180cm guy, and 160cm girl could apply grapevine on 170-175cm guy. But what is the maximum size difference for this? What about weaker, but skillful 155cm girl, applying this hold on 185cm guy? Is it possible?

How petite the girl could be to apply it successfully?
