False. Most men (from puberty to age 50 or so) are turned on by women deemed capable of carrying, delivering, and nurturing their offspring.

The biological imperative is a powerful thing.

I would really love for it to be true since I often feel like a "foreigner" in my sexual preferences, but this theory doesn't match at all my everyday experience.

Most men feel the need to point out how "gross" a woman is or how she "looks like a man" as soon as she has the slightest trace of muscle, they say "women aren't supposed to do fighting sport, it's not feminine" or "it's ridicolous, women can't fight, why put them there" as soon as a WMMA match happen on TV, they prefer girls that are petite and smaller than them etc....

Namajunas Vs. Esparza 2 ?

Carla Esparza has been riding the wave of a career resurgence of late. It seems she has abandoned the need to skill up her striking and just doubled down on what got her to the dance - her wrestling - and it's paying off.

Yan Xiaonan was on a 10+ win streak including 6 straight wins in the UFC.

She proved herself a problem to take down against Claudia Gadelha, whom she defeated last November.

People expected this fight would look a lot like Joanna Vs. Carla but it was Carla that made the Chinese fighter look amateurish. Easily taken down and unable to get up again.

Carla opened in round 1 with a well-timed, explosive level change and that set the tone for what was to come.

After advancing position, Carla really began to open up with some violent ground and pound.

A big elbow saw Carla tear her opponent a new vagina at the end of round 1.

It didn't take long for the wrestler to get her opponent back down onto the canvas in round 2, catching a kick and working the single leg takedown.

Advancing to a crucifix position, the bloodied Yan could not defend herself and the referee had seen enough of the one-sided mauling.

Rose was able to get up a few times against Carla in their first fight and would likely be trying to keep the fight standing if they rematched. Rose has avenged 2 of her losses. Do you think Rose would have the answer to Carla's wrestling if they rematched?

Carla and Rose have both improved immensely since their first encounter. I was amazed at Carla's wrestling ability on the mat against Yan. Of course, Yan walked right into the take-downs. Chinese fighters seem to be mainly strikers; maybe it's the kung fu tradition. Rose will need to work on take down defense against Carla. She would be outclassed on the mat, I think. I definitely want to see the fight.

UFC superstar Amanda Nunes has tested positive for COVID-19 ... and her fight against Julianna Pena next weekend at UFC 265 is off.

The UFC is planning to reschedule the title fight once Amanda is 100% healthy.

Nunes and Pena were scheduled to be the co-main event of the August 7 event ... on a card that also features a highly anticipated heavyweight matchup pitting Derrick Lewis and Ciryl Gane against each other.

The events going down at the Toyota Center in Houston, TX.

It's a matchup 31-year-old Pena -- who has wins over Cat Zingano and Jessica Eye -- has been champing at the bit for ... previously telling us she was the GOAT's "kryptonite."

Interesting to note, back in June 2020, Amanda -- who's currently on a 12-fight win streak -- speculated she may have battled COVID ... saying she experienced all of the traditional symptoms, and was in bed for several days.

Nunes says her wife, UFC contender Nina Nunes, was so sick they took her to the hospital.

No word yet on whether the UFC will replace Nunes-Pena with another fight.

She has a lot of bad luck. If the story is true, I hope she gets a payday without too much stress. If the story is not true, meh.

Well, you know what Sam Goldwyn said about verbal promises in Hollywood. They're not worth the paper they're written on.

Why sports concussions are worse for women
As women’s soccer, rugby and other sports gain in popularity a growing body of evidence suggests that female athletes are at a greater risk of traumatic brain injury than men - what's more they tend to fare worse after a concussion and take longer to recover. Now researchers are racing to get to the bottom of why and ask how treatment might need to change.
