Some people are a little out there with these opinions lol.

The average guy who weighs 5”8, 140 is stronger than the average girl who weighs 5’8, 140. Because men naturally have a lower body fat percentage.

Guys have stronger legs on average too. Not sure what gyms y’all are going to. Now if you are saying a girl who works out has stronger legs than the average guy that is more reasonable.

Sorry to rain on the fantasy but the delusional opinions are hard to read sometimes

I think a lot of the perceived strength difference between men and women can be explained by the differences in average height and the diminishing increase in strength that goes along with extra weight in women vs men.

There is still a difference obviously which is why we donít see women reaching the elite levels in menís sports, especially in open divisions but at lower weight levels, I donít think the gap is that wide.

I am not sure if this can be considered an out there belief, but I feel that white women are, more often than not, stronger than indian urban college aged men like me.
