Default Making a video

So my friend and I were wondering how hard it would be to make and sell a video. If anyone here had any insight, it would be appreciated! TIA!

The hardest part is finding the girls who'll do it for a fee you can afford, & coming up with a concept that will sell. Get past that hurdle & it's a piece of cake. You just have to look for the right venue to sell it in - clips for sale store, etc.

Thank you! My friend IS the girl, and we have a concept, my biggest question, I guess, is one of distribution.

If your idea is for her to scissor you while you scream "JESUS CHRIST" for 30 minutes, I'd recommend trying something else. (sorry couldn't resist a scissorvixens joke)

I'd go ahead & shoot the video, then make a few short sample clips to show people. As I Mentioned, you can try selling them yourself by creating a website or clips for sale store, or even set yourself up as a producer on here & see what happens (one of the moderators can help with that).

If you don't want to go that route, you can offer the sample clips to companies like L. Scott sales & see if they'd be interested in selling it for you, or email different companies (like the ones in the producers section) to see if they'd be interested in buying the rights or distributing the video.

Another idea would be to go the custom video route - they generally sell for $200-500, depending on content - Basicaly, you'd list an outline of what you & your friend will & won't do, then take orders for the video based on customer requests (holds & costumes they want to see, type of action, etc).

If you can tell us a little more about your concept, I'm sure we can come up with better ideas & suggestions on distribution.

You likely won't make much on a Clips4Sale store, from one lady I'd talked to (entirely different fetish).

One suggestion for SHOOTING it, however: USE LOTS OF LIGHT, or shoot outdoors. Many people make the mistake of trying to shoot in normal room light, and the result is pitiful at best. Colors will be mottled, definition will be poor, and the contrast terrible with 'normal' light conditions. You can always tone it down in post-production, but it's impossible to boost it UP decently: you can't enhance what's not there.
