Looking for someone to wrestle - wrestling "personals" thread

Hello,

My girlfriend and I are looking for females to take part into private wrestling matches, both mixed and female vs female. We are having a hard time finding some.

Would anyone here know of a good place to post such ads ("Looking for a female for wrestling bla bla bla")?

Or is there any private club / people interested in doing so in South California, or in France?

We are surprised that no real network exist for priavte people to get in touch together and share their passion about private/apartment submission wrestling.

Yeah. I hear ya.

Just for a shot in the dark, try meetup.com. There is a search "meetups in your area function" with a search bar. Try typing in "female wrestling" or something like that and see what happens. They seem to have meetups for everything BUT wrestling in my area. You're area may be different. Or, you could search nation wide.

There was a yahoo group at one time called the Vioce verified group. Which was a coup of women used it to network. My wife was a member for awhile and we meet a few members. My wife claims she is to old now and is no longer active.

Yahoo really screwed up the old groups structure. Might try this group on fetlife

Wow, thank you guys.
A few comments:
- Meetup: I had already searched there. Nothing related to Wrestling in spite I am in South California.
- Yahoo: seems quite dead indeed, and much spammed. But who knows... Anyway, I do not succeed registering. They asked for a public profile or whatever?
- fetlife: seems a very interesting place. I will need time to learn the codes and explore it.

@nwfan: have you met some female wrestlers using fetlife?

I think what I want to say is Fetlife is like a subset of the internet. The trick is figuring out how to extract the information you want. Beyond that, you'll figure it out once you poke around for a while. Like they have no real users in Antarctica.

Re Barbs operation, you have to give up your real information to get in. You might have better luck posting here and seeing if someone interested will contact you directly.

Can you please elaborate?
Did she say she was doing wrestling in her profile and how did you first contact her?

Fetlife: what is this Antartica thing? I indeed see many users from there????

Actually there was nothing in either of our profiles that mentioned wrestling in particular, although we did talk about an interest in sports

It was only after a date or two that we started talking about it, and then it was more as it related to self defense, and it just grew from there

Same for my wife actually. But now we are struggling to find female to realize our fantasy and pleasure time:
- I want see her compete against other females
- she wants to watch me wrestling another female.
