Default Pictures of "regular people" on the forum

I'm just curious as to what people's feelings are on the posting of images of normal people on these forums. This is a fetish forum and I can all but guarantee that if these people found out their images were posted here, they would be less than thrilled about it. I'm a little torn, because admittedly sometimes an image is posted of a person that I find very attractive and I definitely get enjoyment out of it, but I definitely also feel a little guilty about it.

In addition to it being creepy/morally won't, it's a also potential liability for the forums/owner. wrong

When people post pics online, it becomes public no matter what. Why post a picture online if you don’t want anyone to know? They should blame themselves if pics are on places they don’t want to be.

what a stupid ass post. first of all, some people post pics to their private facebook profiles or instagram accounts to share with their friends or family. they arent intending for every person on earth to see or give them attention. they want to show off their experiences to the people they know or love.

2nd of all, pictures can lead to potential doxxing. which means that if someones pic gets posted to a site like this, some turd can doxx them and potentially find out some info such as their name, or address.

3rd, your post isn't a good enough excuse. they are still getting their pictures redistributed on what they would consider, creepy ass fetish sites. a lot of them arent models, or session women looking for exposure and business. They are sharing their pics to certain people and family and friends. that doesnt mean they want to or should be ok with them having pictures posted on certain sites.

4th, this is the age of social media. a lot of people post pics of themselves. social media gives people a presence to show off their life . in fact, some job positions even require or strongly advise their candidates to have a social media account. some job positions require that their workers take pics or have pics taken of them.

with ur garbage tier logic, it's your families fault if some of them were to have pictures posted on a forum like this w/o consent . or for them to be made fun of or judged by some troll. no they shouldn't be frustrated.
no morality wit some of u guys. . just wanna get ur kicks

it can't be stopped. but that doesn't mean someone has to blame them self for it, or not be frustrated.

They should be smart enough to put their photos somewhere safe and who to share it with. Friends and family can easily backstab by sharing the pics on the internet, which could lead it being on creepy fetish sites. Private photos are automatically at a risk of being spread around once someone else saw it.

No difference between posting here vs. posting anywhere else as long as it's a real picture and not doctored. Slander and lies about someone are far worse.

I understand your perspective, but you're mostly wrong. Something is either public domain or it's not. A person's photo may or may not be that person's intellectual property. In most cases, it is not. "Where does the expectation of privacy begin and end?" is the question you must answer in each of of these instances. A person's Facebook page that has 200 followers isn't private. A private Facebook page that has *1* follower is private.

You're worrying about a problem that doesn't really exist. A photo from an office party makes its way to an obscure corner of the internet. Who cares? These reposts don't touch their lives in any way.

The Allison Stokke case is the most extreme of the extreme examples, but look what happened as a result. She parlayed her unsolicited fame into an actual sports modeling career and now she's engaged to a genuinely cool professional golfer, who's done quite well for himself on the Tour.

Legality isn't really an issue. There's nothing illegal about people posting a person they know on here, the question is how morally cool are we about it? This story made me start thinking about it cause it's just absolutely filled up with it.
