Why my Post Replies are not being displayed in a thread ?

Today (May 29, 2020), I made 2 (two) Post Replies against the thread "Susan vs Ned - An extended story" , but none of them are being displayed in the thread

This has never happened before ! Usually, they are displayed instantaneously !

One clue : When I clicked on the "Submit New Post" button, some message was displayed on the screen, but it did not stay long ! It said something like "Administrator approval needed" etc.

Can anybody say why this is so ?? How can I avoid my mistake ??

I would love to post my views on the threads, when I feel like ! Wow ! The content is damn wonderful and captivating !
