I have already armwrestle girls of my age (much lighter than my mother) and I won with great difficulty.
So, honestly, I think I'm losing.

But I will try.

Edit: I lost 3-0 in the right hand and 3-1 in the other.

Well, there's not much to say but:

Right arm Man: She won the first two rounds fairly easily where the third was much more contested.

And left arm: Same for the first three except that I won the third and then she won the fourth by a bit.

Until I was 14-15 yo , I used to play wrestling with my mom...she's 5.8 feet tall , I then was about 5.3 (now 5.7)...her weight was about 176 lbs , me 121.
Obviously she used to beat me easily , then we gave up to play.
We kept on with armwrestling , to which she defeat me until I was 24 yo

If she works out like you say, and she is also bigger and stronger than you, you are going to lose badly if you don’t have the skills to make up for that.

I playfully wrestled with my best friend's mom back in my late teens (long time ago). Took me weeks to muster up the courage to ask her. She played along. I thought she would be stronger than she was and was looking forward to her having me pinned and me looking up at her chest. However she wasn't very strong and it was me who pinned her down, which to my delight was also quite the turn on. The whole thing was very quick but it is etched in my mind forever.

I wanted to wrestle my friend's mother. She was about 40...She was chunky but muscular as she lifted light weights and went to aerobic classes. She would run, too. She declared herself to be a feminist. When I saw her in workout clothes, spandex shorts and a tanktop, I wanted to wrestle her.
