To solve the downlad problem, I've been using this free software recently for streaming downloads.

You need to install a toolbar but it's fairly inobtrusive and works pretty well.

I can download with the realplayer streaming media downloader. My question arose from assuming that the actual download files would be a better quality, a bit like how megavideo used to give you a lo-res version of a megaupload file.

You know what? I've decided not to put up DL links anymore. It'll just take up too much time. So I'll post YT links from now on. They have YT downloaders, so DL them when you can.

Here is my channel full of sleeper holds+playlists.vBut for lazy people, I'll continue to show and update this thread with some. Or when I feel like it

You got some good ones there. Horrendous technique off some of those girls could easily damage a guy's larynx I particularly enjoyed Chokin' A Bitch Out

Yeah that clip is awesome. Other clips, infact most of them are..meh just as you said. Air chokes really are painful lol. Lets look at some good ones and bad ones right here
