Funny I always thought the Bimbos flick was ripping off Thelma and Louise, turns out to be the other way around. The Bimbos flick is actually better, had some fun girl/guy tussling scenes by some very attractive ladies while Themla Louise is the typical pretentious Hollywood politicized drivel.

There was two other greatest hits from my VHS collection:

Bill Maher actually starred in one where he’s the bush guide for a hot professor lady looking for man eating amazons. When they find them the amazon girls take them prisoner, and there’s several great scenes where Bill Maher is dragged around by two of the amazons holding him by his arms. Probably the best scene was when they put him in a giant stew pot and begin to marinate him, he figures out it’s not a not tub and tries to escape, only to be pushed back into the pot and held there by 3 hot ladies.

The other was a bit more serious in nature, similar premise where an explorer finds a group of brunette amazons who worship a white rhino statue and have enslaved the blond headed ladies of their tribe. Lots of great scenes of the brunette bad girls grabbing the explorer guy, dragging him around by his arms and chaining him up. Eventually he leads a rebellion and there’s a lot of hot tussling around between the blonde and brunette girls.

Any chance you know those two?

The first is 1989's CANNIBAL WOMEN IN THE AVOCADO JUNGLE OF DEATH, which sports one of the dullest catfights ever put to cellulloid. The second is 1967's PREHISTORIC WOMEN, which boasts a lively "evil queen" perf by Martine "From Russian with Love" Beswicke. The catfights are OK but nothing outstanding. There's one scene where two babes pinion the hero's arms and a third babe knocks him out with one punch.

Well done! That’s amazing you can recall or find them based on the description I gave. I know exactly the dull cat fight you reference. No doubt the better scenes were Bill Maher being grabbed and held.

Amazing how far we’ve come, back in those days you just had to watch whatever you could find and have the VHS tape ready! There was also a happy days episode where the guys hosted a beauty pageant at Al’s dinner. When the girls found out there was no grand prize the attacked the fellas. Pretty hot scene where an Asian gal has Ralph Mouth in a choke hold.

There was an episode of CHiPs back in the day where the Bangles guest starred. I could swear at the end the Bangles had to subdue two bad guys in a car, the singer chick got the driver in an RNC and the other 3 girls dragged the other dude into the back seat and restrained him. That’s how I remember it.

Anyone remember the Nick show Hey Dude? There was a great episode where Bradley (hot brunette girl) held Ted’s hands behind his back and Melody (hot blond, married Ben Stiller later) was going to force feed him a rubber snake. Naturally Ted agreed to do whatever the girls were coercing him to do so no snake eating, but it was nice seeing a sexy girl hold a Guys arms like that. Back in those days it was very hard to come by unless you had a girlfriend who was into wrestling.

All kinds of tidbits like that from the 70s through 90s television. Grew up on it and still have a memory of quite a bit of it. Speaking of Happy Days I seem to recall seeing a judo scene at the diner when I was a kid...must have been the episode you mentioned. Funny how time changes your memory. Anyhow, Dori from Sledgehammer's high heeled kicks, Heather Thomas from the Fall Guy, snippets from Mike Hammer, Macgyver, Magnum, the amazing dojo scene from Fame, various cartoons, so many scenes, could go on and on and on. Scooby's VHS tapes attempted to collect many of these together. Wasn't much related to grappling or wrestling but there was a ton of other stuff.

Anyhow, back to topic, the new CA bombed at the box office.
