Well, to be momentarily snide, "Why would I want to?" And I LOVE the look on the dominatrix's face.
There are many things the Uke could do, my first reaction:
The ability to rotate her wrists is there, so if I were she, I'd twist my wrists down and around, torquing from the outside in, to capture Nage's wrists momentarily. (This is part of "Chin Na")
Then get your legs braced and come to a squat or standing position.
There are several options from here.
Releasing her wrists, bring one leg over and around her, reversing and upending her and fall, breaking the leg grip. She's now belly-down. Uke has to then move fast, obviously.
Judoka here will have many other alternatives, probably better than mine.
My recommendation was a favorite of the Skarvans, of long experience with Judell.
Still, I envy the girl in that grip!

It really depends on the opponent that has you in the hold.Above is the best option.You can try digging your elbows into their thighs,but it can back fire big time.If their legs are strong enough they will just squeeze you into submission when you struggle too much.Or they will combo with another hold eg gulliotine choke.Its pretty tough to escape if they are strong and experienced and you aren't.

Takes alot of practice to actually work.Try it on a session girl with bjj experience.I bet you get squeezed out and choked out

I have done literally hundreds of sessions and I know the good and bad of it. I was not demeaning anyone or doubting anyone’s skill. But the point of the question seemed to me to be inferring that these were holds that were virtually inescapable. I was pointing out that that isn’t necessarily the case. I have been tapped by many, many ladies much smaller than myself, though I’m happy to say that it’s never happened once via body triangle! 😂
