Default Non MMA Celebrities

I have found some similar topics, but none real specific.

Which female celebrities who are not professional fighters in any discipline do you think could win a fight against an average man? I have researched the topic a little and the names that keep coming up are a follows:
Demi Lovato- talented boxer
Karli Kloss- talented boxer
Chloe Moretz- talented boxer and deceptively strong
Ally Sheedy- extremely strong, known to have overpowered males in the past

I have come across a few other names, but nothing to give any legit reason it may be true. What do ya'll think?

For starter I suppose that most female professional strenght athletes would beat your "average man" despite having no fighting skills due to the strenght and conditioning advantage.

Demi Lovato is also a BJJ blue belt, if she is a legit one and they didn't just hand it out easily because she is a celebrity (which to be fair is completely possible) I suppose she could beat most regular men in a fight.

TBH I think a lot of celebs that are above average size for a woman 5'6+, have had combat training and look after themselves in terms of diet and fitness would, at the very least, be a handful for the average man for just those reasons alone.

As I and others have said before, true "average" is often much lower on the spectrum than people think. When people say "a man" they tend to think in idealistic terms - an athlete; strong, capable, a leader, an alpha. The reality is very, very few men fall into that category but no one wants to think they're a beta; a follower, weak by comparison and incapable.

An average man is not a 28 year old 6'2, 220lb Firefighter that goes to the gym 3 times a week. The average man does not exercise/work out. Walking to your car or walking around the supermarket is not real exercise. He also works a sedentary job, sitting at a desk or operating a machine. Eats a poor diet and is sedentary in his free time - playing video games, watching sports, movies and socialising in bars/restaurants, etc. All the time ageing and getting less physically capable. If you don't work at it, you don't naturally become stronger/fitter in your 30s, 40s, etc.

...And when you do realise what true averageness looks like, keep in mind 50% of guys are even worse than that.

I agree, average is hard to define in those terms. I wonder how many women would be confident in themselves. A lot of ifs, and, and buts in there.

I love this topic. A bit surprised to see Ally Sheedy on your list. Have had a crush on her since Wargames, Oxford Blues, and The Breakfast Club, but never had any idea that she might be physically intimidating. Could you share any details on what men she is known to have overpowered in the past? Thanks!

Kristanna Loken.

5'11. Black belt in Krav Maga and dedicated weight training/fitness regime lead to many action roles such as Mortal Combat TV series, Terminator 3, BloodRayne and Mercenaries.

Doesn't look particularly muscular, but I remember reading an interview where she said she could bench press 140lbs prior to starring in T3. That's not heavy by gym bro standards but more than most newbie men I see who typically fall between benching 70-100lbs. Again, you have to understand what true averageness is and the average man in this day and age does not work out or get any significant exercise.

So, by comparison, Kristanna is bigger, stronger, fitter, healthier and a black belt martial artist.

Yeah, if you ever watch the movie Shelter Island, there is a scripted armwrestling and wrestling match with her and I think one of the Baldwin brothers. A long time ago just after I watched the movie, I mentioned ed it on another board. Several users commented talking about different interviews with her, one with a costar who has worked with her, and a few other comments from interviews to just witnessed fears of strength from her. At first I was skeptical, couldn't find a lot of evidence myself. But so many others who had read interviews and seen evidence committed.

Kristanna will definitely beat me. She is taller and stronger than me. Obviously has more fighting skills.

I remember reading somewhere a long time ago that Demi Moore cracked some actors ribs by accident in a body scissor while filming a scene. I forget the details or what movie it was, but I never looked at her the same again.

Duh, it was here I heard it
