Default Public retaliation thread?

What do you think about a public thread with personal information of people who try to harm others in the scene, be it via intentionally outing wrestlers personal identities, injuring them during sessions, or chargeback scam artists?

There was a pos on an outing spree today, messages of which I cleaned up thanks to those who reported the posts and contacted me privately. I've found out his full name, business, etc.

My frustration might be clouding my judgment, but spilling out these malicious individual's personal identities could be a good deterrent to such behavior in the future. All of these guys get away with stuff they do, and I don't think it's fair.

Today's outer is not really the worst example either. There was a guy here in Czechia who injured 3 girls during sessions by being overly aggressive and not following the set rules or safety precautions. I believe his information is accessible in the private section of SG, so that's good at least. There are others like him who maybe need to be publicized as well.

What do you think about this all?

I think it's a bad idea. It'll take about 4 seconds before a guy with a hectic schedule who had to cancel a session gets outed.

Any entry will be investigated for malicious intent and in some cases repetition prior to publishing.

Is that before or after the damage is done? A public thread, or a 'private' database?

This should be a moderated thread that only 1-2 moderators will be allowed to post. And only pre determined situations need to be posted - which Zweig mentioned- those who out, physically/ mentally harm or scam wrestlers.

Those who are time wasters, serial cancellers, email flooders etc.... are awful people as well but for them the treatment is a time waster blacklist for the wrestlers eyes only.

I'm not an expert in such matters - far from it. But do we need to be assured of the legal position (in whatever territories) regarding Libel Laws and Data Protection before setting up a trove of personal data and accusations that might include those that are unfounded, or even reported out of mischief? Instantly kicking the idiots out on their arse seems much simpler and safer from our own point of view.

As for wider 'non-Board specific' issues (eg Session Misbehaviour), publicity might be a good thing, but is this the correct place? Sure, quite a few Session Girls pop by here, but I'm guessing the vast majority don't. Again I'm hampered by lack of knowledge regarding 'WD40' as I call it, or Jennifer's hangout. So I'm just trying to prompt a few thoughts amongst those of you who are better informed.

Talking about the guy yesterday, I was one of several that reported the post. I know there were several that was saw it before I got to it. It makes me wonder if it can be programmed that if a post is reported, it can be removed from the site and placed in a queue to be reviewed by you or a motivator? As quick as many are on here to spot something wrong, perhaps this could be one answer.

I voted 'no' as I think more negatives than positives would come from such a thread. The suggestion above from @[Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] seems a better next step.

I think mistakes are inevitable. I think there is a chance that a session wrestler might convince herself that person A has outer her, when it was actually person B who outed her - especially with the emotions of just having been outed herself.

Such a list could make people less willing to provide personal details when booking sessions, e.g. if they perceive an increased chance of being outed themselves. This could result in less sessions taking place.

Outing an outer might escalate the situation, i.e. the outer might want revenge.

I accept that guys shouldn't have free reign to out session wrestlers though. I just can't think of an appropriate deterrent. Such a list isn't the worst idea in the world - but, at the moment, I'm thinking it would be a net negative for the scene.
