This is really important - the threads were up for hours and as a result were indexed by Google (who also caches old versions of web pages even when they are deleted).

I voted yes. But after reading the thread, I am not so sure now. I was inclined to an eye for an eye, but we could all go blind. You would have to tread very, very carefully with this.

It's a professional duty to warn fellow people in your profession about bad customers.

It's bad to call it "public retribution," though. This is about safety, not revenge. You shouldn't encourage people to seek out others for the purpose of harassing them; that's actually illegal here in the States.

I would support this in an extremely limited form: when women's safety is at risk, there should be a public list of clients who the site simply recommends they do not do business with.

Publicly making specific accusations is indeed a huge legal can of worms. And financial risk alone doesn't merit any public release of information. We'd never consider giving out a wrestler's real name and information because she ripped off a client, right?

I am against outing in any way, whether it be the session ladies or those of us who use and love their services.

Those of us who appreciate discretion have many reasons for that desire, as do the ladies.

If either side acts poorly, it’s fine to have a thread noting that with their username and some details, i.e., “I have scheduled a session four times now with JoeBlow123 and each time, he canceled. But in making the session, he asked me 100 questions every time.”

That sends a message to ladies not to deal with that guy.

Likewise, those of us who have had bad experiences with a session lady should (and do) feel free to report it here. I also report good experiences so that those of you who are considering someone have a fuller opinion of what to expect.

But I just believe outing someone against their will is wrong no matter what they’ve done, short of actually criminal activity.

Not necessarily true. 2 years ago there was a run of 'ladies' posting profiles who collected deposits while never doing the agreed on sessions. If it were possible to identify who was responsible (this may not have been the ladies in the submitted photos) I'd certainly support revealing their names.

He emailed me saying it was his gf who did this to spite him. His stupidity knows no boundaries. Would you like to know how I found out who he was? He registered on the forum using his university email address which included his surname and initials. Yep. He's reading this thread and asked me to not reveal his identity. I won't, publicly, not now. Thank everyone who voted no. The community you attacked saved you.

But know this, Charles, your full name, photo and address were shared with the session websites and added to their blacklists, as well as with all those you doxxed. If anything goes wrong as a result of your actions, you will pay for all the damage you've done in a way more straightforward manner.

Closing the thread, thanks for the input guys!
