If she speaks about 'training', it is also understandable as (semi-)comp wrestling as we know it. Because randori (=training fights) are part of trainings!

She usually fights in Gi (and provides one for you) and knows plenty of moves and submissions with them. Without Gi she is not on the highest level yet as some other accomplished session wrestlers but she is getting there. For an average male with average weight and fitness it will be more than enough.
