Default Submission matches that turned into catfights
Does anyone know of any videos or matches where this happened?

The Minxy Li vs Jennie Vaughn video for Femwin comes to mind as a great example of this. It was a submission match but they started throwing some punches and kicks, and just went with it.

Also, Nancy Skarvan vs Treena Antonelli although their fight more ended really before things could get really out of hand.

Any other matches that people can think of?

I remember Jennie was very verbally abusive to Minxi. Minxi was quite skilled and strong at the time and tamed Jennie who was well beaten at the end.

The Ziggy vs. Sally McNeil ending when Ziggy threw Sally to the ground, which resulted in Sally throwing a punch & then the match ended.

Susan Skarvan vs Cindy Brooks nearly turned into a fight at the end of one of there matches after Cindy submitted Sue. Sue wanted to have a fist fight but Cindy left, took the high road.

I think the great Shay Hendrix lost her temper during a match but it was more because it was supposed to be non competitive and the other women just didn’t respect it.

Yes and this was fallout over Treena & the Skarvan Sisters (particularly Nancy who fought Treena twice).

I actually just watched a clip of that match today. As you said, When they were tussling, Ziggy lifted her and slammed her head first onto the mat in an awkward position for Sally's head/neck. Sally yelled, and got up pissed taking some swings at Ziggy. Ziggy was able to grab hold of Sally while she was swinging at her, so nothing really landed. Sally stormed off and left.
