Veteran Producers: Tips for a noob producer?

I'm starting to reach out to girls to shoot competitive female vs female wrestling videos and mixed domination (them dominating me).

While I don't expect anyone to share all their secrets, any tips and specific resources for someone brand new to this would be much appreciated (particularly around recruiting women and making the experience as fun as possible). I already know how to code websites, but I am brand new to all things photography, modeling contracts, and videography.

Hey man, I'm pretty much in the same boat as you, looking to start shooting some content myself but haven't gotten the ball rolling yet.

My background is actually professional film and tv so I've got a pretty good knowledge of gear, camera techniques, editing basically anything that isn't specific to the world of mixed and female wrestling.
