My questin is this: If a girl , of normal build, trains for strength regularly (lets say x3 pr week), is serious about her lifting, and have been training for as long as I have (a year or more), would she in most cases be able to outperform me?

For example my ex girlfriend and some of her female friends had been working out for a couple of years , but only using light weights. But when we started out lifting together she had suddenly changed her attitude about girls & lifting and wanted to become stronger. I remember she was very determined and her work loads went way up in a short period of time . For example her squats went from 40-50kg to 80-90kg in approx 3-4 months. One of the other girls she worked out with hit 100kg in the same period of time and all of them squatted heavier than me.

I recently met another girl who trains at the same gym as me. She is approx 164cm , toned and supercute. I know she works out x3 pr week. I have seen her deadlift, usually about 80kg, so I assumed i was stronger than her. However during a date, I jokingly asked her about her max lift, and she told me it was 150kg, but that she didn like lifting heavy that often , but on «heavy days" she usually had a workload about 120-130kg.

I have many more such examples. I dont know if it is me unconsciously seeking out strong girls (due to my fetish) or whether im just the weaker sex.

When it comes to the benchpress i could probably manage 60kg max, but i get quickly shoulder pain if i go above 45kg so i dont dare to push my limits more at the moment. My aim is 50kg (painfree)* before christmas.*

This for me doesn't looks realistic! A untrained woman can Benchpress around 20 KG +/- 5 KG. 45-50 KG looks to me to a well trained girl! OrsiB is a in the 20-30 % most sporty girls and i guess she can't bench 45-50 KG. Maybe a Skylar in good shape can do it... Tia, Sheena of course much more!

Numbers from strengthlevel suggest that girls that are about my weight and have trained about the same amount of time, should be able to benchpress at least 55 kg . However I suspect these numbers might be artificially low due to longterm cultural stereotype (e.g. a mental barrier due to a fear of getting "big"). At least , after a change of attitude, my ex went from previously only benching the bar to outbenching me in about 6 months.

Orsi is not that built in her upper body. There quite a few natural girls who are much bigger, taller with broader shoulders and bigger arms.
