So, after the vaccination and the two or three lockdowns in the past year and a half, there's still a new outbreak? How much money do they need?

A large portion of the population is refusing to get vaccinated, so here we go again.

To answer the original question, if you are fully vaccinated and the session wrestler is fully vaccinated, unless you or someone you live with or around often has some serious medical conditions, this is probably a low risk activity. It is definitely not unreasonable to ask if a session provider is vaccinated when you are trying to set up a session. If they are vaccinated, they will gladly share that information immediately and if they won't tell you or try to Dak Prescott you and say that they think that's HIPAA, that means they aren't vaccinated and you should move on immediately.

I guess it depends if you have kids too young to get vaccinated at this point. If/when kids start dying from school infections, that will cause people to take it more seriously. If it turns out the breakthrough cases are legit at scale, then there are problems. I suspect there will be another huge fall wave, which will make international travel more difficult.

I would still stay out of Missouri and Florida for the time being if you don't live there. I don't think there will actually be more lockdowns (aside from international travel bans). It's not like anti-vaxxers will suddenly want to take the vaccine (see Stephen Harmon). Some people who have been pushing anti-vax propaganda have started urging people to take it seriously because it will hurt their bottom line/kill their voter base, but I doubt that's enough.

Covid or not (and Covid is going to be with us for a long, long time), wrestling, being a contact combat sport, is an inherently dangerous activity. In fact the danger is a big part of the attraction. I've wrestled and boxed with girls and guys who have had Covid and I think I've had it myself. I've now retired because my age prevents me from safely fighting against these brilliant and well-trained sessionistas. That's the danger I fear, not Covid. But anyone who is mainly afraid of Covid is not obliged to wrestle. You are your own risk manager.

Personally, I feel people should sit out sessions for now. The problem is lying. If you have session providers who are going to rip people off, then there are going to be session providers who lie. Certainly, in all fairness, some session wrestlers are not going to want to show proof since they keep their real names private.

Demanding to know someone's vaccination status is not really going to fly. I mean you can always ask (or better yet, only book with someone who openly advertises they're vaccinated), but expect to see hostility to an intrusive question. Some girls say they only session with vaccinated guys. You can also actively avoid the ones who publicly say they won't get vaccinated if you like. Other than that, keep an eye on the Delta situation, and be cautious if you have unvaccinated kids. I don't think it's universally true that the physical element of sessions is more dangerous. Not all sessions are competitive wrestling.

But the girls are not going to just sit out another year of work (unless they've successfully transitioned to online work only). Even if we had a good support system in place for those out of work, people in this scene aren't going to get that support anyway. Conservative politicians try very hard to disallow sex work, trying to mess with payment systems for clips stores, claim onlyfans is full of minors while endorsing their own predator colleagues, etc.

It's not like the CDC card would be hard to fake anyway.

Many of the people who do whatever you want to call it call it sex work themselves. Their words, not mine. In any case, the conservatives I mentioned would probably assume it's actual sex/porn, and targeting platforms where people do traditional porn would also shut down those using the platform for fetish stuff. I would argue wrestling sessions, wrestling clips stores, etc. are also activities society doesn't support.

Just continue whatever you doing en love in your life, covid is here to stay and we should just manage to live with the risk of getting sick and even dying from covid but mostly also from anything else.
It's just a part of life maybe not nice to hear but with the IFR from covid we can't keep going from lockdown to lockdown these lockdowns also destroys many people life's btw.
