I don't think anyone can tell you that it is 100% safe. It is a relatively niche "hobby" so I can't imagine there has been much actual scientific study on the matter. The blood chokes and loss of consciousness are only one aspect. The other aspect that you need to consider is that the spinal column is being compressed, even if only just slightly. For example, some people have reported experiencing some numbness in their hands after a particularly rough headscissor session. As with any risky hobby, I would say to just be careful and do it in moderation.

Actually, it is rather the way around, windpipe and particularly larynx should be avoided because they can be much easier damaged, especially if you avoid KOs or if a black-out should happen the lady releases the hold immediately.

I think headscissors are pretty safe as long the girl is not super angry and keeps on squeezing even the man is already half death 😂

No, they are not. Your head could explode and your brain would scatter all over the place

My wife’s comment after her first head scissors on me was” I didn’t want to squeeze too hard because I was afraid I’d hurt your neck!” I had to give up anyway!

If the so-called "headscissors" includes compressing the NECK enough to hurt, it's a potential health issue. Tingling in the hands is a common symptom of damage to the cervical spine, spinal cord and/or peripheral nerves. And if you're getting scissored hard and often enough to pass out, you'll sooner or later pay for that thrill in medical bills.

Look at a guy who's been knocked out by LOTS of blood chokes from a girl's sexy legs. If that guy happens to generally seem groggy or has acquired dark areas under his eyes it's an indication that his circulation has been compromised by his leggy addiction.

I’ve never had any neck pain, other than a couple times she just left me with a sore neck.. what do you guys think ?

It honestly depends on the muscle mass of the person scissoring you. If she’s like extremely built and a bodybuilder, you don’t need to stay in that hold too long. Know your limits and tap when you are supposed to.
