You probably donīt know it but women donīt grow muscle like men because when they are training heavily,
their muscle protein synthesis canīt keep up with the protein breakdown.
This means their muscles are degraded before they can creat more muscle because of the lack of testosteron.

all these women are on steroids. Steroids doesnīt mean testosteron, They mimic them.
It allows to developp muscles like a man, or even better than a normal man. Their protein synthesis is dramatically increased and they end up with male bodies.
Anavar for example is very popular amongst female powerlifters and crossfitters, even local amateurs.
Even bikini competitors take small amounts of Anavar.
they donīt just stay with the iso 100 and orange juice...

watch this video, the medic here is a specialist and is very clear.

If it's all about testosterone and steroids, let's just look at one gender and observe the disparity. Why are some men so much stronger than other men when everything else appears to be the same -- size, age, hormone levels, etc?

If you've ever been in a gym, you'll have noticed a scenario like this; let's say Billy and Ted are both 5'8, 160lbs, 22 years old. Both have normal healthy natural testosterone levels, eat the same kind of diet, consume the same amount of protein, etc and they've both been lifting for a couple of years. Billy always seemed to be stronger however and is now deadlifting 405lbs and continuing to make progress while Ted appears to be stuck on 300lbs. Ted was concerned and got his testosterone levels checked but found he was in fact a little higher than Billy's, so why is he such a weakling compared to Billy?

Well i donīt know Billy and Ted but men have MUCH more testosterone than women. They donīt have "little higher" testosterone levels.
In healthy men and women, the average weighted testosterone values ranged from 8.8 nmol/L to 30.9 nmol/L for men and from 0.4 nmol/L to 2 nmol/L for women.
and even for women, the perfomance level is correlated to the testosterone level as shown recently in a publication.

This means that the man with the less testosterone has 4 times more testosterone than the woman with the most.
This just explains why women donīt build huge muscles when they train naturally (even if they can get stronger than some weaker men on the 25% lower part)

This explains why, on very large samples, without any consideration of training or condition, science shows that "almost every man is stronger than almost every woman"

A woman training hard naturally can be impressive in terms of strength, speed, stamina and become outstanding athletes and i love and respect that. She will developp a strong female body. Veve Lane comes to mind. That the way a woman looks when she trains hard in a natural way.

but the women we talk about here, have male bodies because they emulate testosterone, and they just build as much muscle mass as the other guy in the gym, and yes for sure they can lift more

I repeat; how come we have so many scenarios where 2 men are statistically (age, weight, lifestyle) and hormonally (testosterone levels) equal, yet one be drastically stronger than the other and respond so much better to weight training?

I repeat

The man with the less testosterone has 4 times more than the woman with the most.

You canīt deal with it?

You must have an issue with reading comprehension. English not being your first language is no excuse as you clearly have the vocabulary. What I’m asking has nothing to do with women but men of equal test levels.

You are the one having reading comprehension issues:
here, it is a man vs woman topic, not man vs man, which is completely different issue.

Create your own topic or forum if you want to discuss why John lifts less than Tim

The point is that the difference within the overlapping sexes is greater than the difference between them. Good genes plus good training takes a woman far from the female average and well into the men’s range.

exactly the opposite to what said the scientific studies.
elite female judo and handball athletes are at best in the lower male 25 % range for grip strength.

for punching muscles, no woman, even athletic ones get to the men range.

However give them steroids, and they will compete, (and even beat) with the best elite men, as we see in crossfit competitions.

I made it very clear my question to you was man vs. man. If you can’t answer the question or don’t want to, don’t bother replying instead of spamming the thread with gobbledegook.

And FWIW Tia Clair Toomey competed in the olympics and was subject to WADA drug testing. She lifted a weight only 4kg shy of her personal best. You should write to WADA and CrossFit and tell them their drug testing isn’t working - that you watched the ‘anabolic doc’ on YouTube and know it all.

yes sure, since olympic athletes are not tested positive, they are not using drugs.
how can one doubt about it?
