Default A pet peeve about some producers

This is just a little rant to see who agrees.

One of the first things I look for from a producer is a wide variety of victims. I have trouble enjoying seeing the same guy getting beaten up over and over and over again, whether that's Chadham from AFWrestling or Leo from Footmode or Sleeperkid or Drew from Scissorvixens or that dude who gets beat up in MMADomination.

Because it totally changes the fantasy in my head. The good fantasy is "This amazing girl can beat up any guy she pleases." The bad fantasy is "There's some dude who gets beat up by girls a whole lot."

And there's also a part of me that thinks "Hey, schmoe, are you making these videos to bring me what I want in exchange for money, or are you just getting off with hot girls and trying to do it on my dime?"

I especially love to see a girl dominate a small but fit 20 year old who is game for a fight but ultimately outclassed. There is no joy in seeing a girl dominate a fat middle aged man who is clearly getting off on it.

Anyone else feel this way?

Yes.
The guys who act as "jobbers" for the vidbiz are really pathetic.

Agreed. I recognize more of the jobbers than some of the girls. I'm beginning to think that "Steve" guy from athena2 had himself cloned, it seems he's showing up in every companies videos these days, lol. The companies will say they can't get any suitable recruits to show up, and I could sympathize with that somewhat, but Grappling Girls never seemed to have that problem. Some ads even seem to be promoting the jobber more that the girl.

Yes, "Steve" is all over the Internet.
Maybe there just aren't too many candidates for that pathetic job, I wouldn't be surprised.

I agree. That's why I commend companies like Doom maidens ( my personal favorite) by the way for trying to infuse some new talent. Check them out guys if you like variety.

Do they actually use guys who really compete with the girls, and win sometimes?
Or if they don't, is that made clear (i.e., "this match is scripted"?)

This is why Grappling Girls is my personal favorite. There are a few regulars, but they aren't annoying like the others, and there is at least some resistance.

THANK YOU! Hahaha.

I thought I was the only one that noticed this guy popping up everywhere! You type in "Mixed Wrestling" on YouTube and half of the videos are of him. Nothing against him or anything but a little variety is nice...

Yes, i totally agree with you Eric.

I don't like to see the same jobber again and again, and i would never buy a video where the jobber is nothing but a punching bag for the girl. Seeing a girl hitting a guy with his hands behind his back, is not a turn on for me.
