I wrestled up to college and workout regularly, but I would not be surprised if she could take a couple matches against me

I doubt I can beat her in armwrestling, so I certainly wouldn't have much hope in a wrestling match where she can employ her legs and her superior stamina. Even If I made it a match early on, which I'm not sure about, it would reach a point where I would either quit or they would have to stop the match.
