Today's Action Girl is definitely Covid-Compliant. But even with her face partially hidden by a mask, I'm sure she's a stunner - and with a body to match.

I'm sorry there isn't any more to show you, though; this was as much as we got from the scene. Like all good ninjas, she simply popped up from nowhere to hit the hero, then disappeared in a puff of smoke - never to be seen again.

This unsmiling 'housewife' - who I dubbed The Queen Of Joint Locks - has practically taken up residence in my Japanese thread recently [1]. But I've brought the heroine over here for those members who are allergic to all things Rising Sun related.

She's already disposed of two henchmen in the same room, and it's time to take on the Big Boss. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a... well, "Call That A Knife?" [2] She responds by grabbing a... er... WTF? 'Golf-Themed Backscratcher???' [3-4]

He lunges at her [5-7], but she avoids his clumsy attacks, and repeatedly uses her weapon to scratch his nose 8-10]. After a brief bit of joint lock action [11-15], she knees him in the gut [16-18] - until he's ready for the killer finishing move. And that part you can see here (the thread title is a bit of a giveaway, I guess):

But having given you the punchline (and now a spoiler too ) you might as well see what came before it. I know some people have a particular liking for Blonde v Brunette tussles, and possibly the contrasting body shapes as well. So Let's Go Girls! Bitchfight!!!

Cannibal Corpse Killers.

Moving on, today we have a not-very-original scene from an old VHS release. An intruder, dressed from head to toe in black, is discovered by a bloke in the kitchen of the house. Despite the fact that the good guy is carrying a gun, and his assailant is five-feet-and-not-very-much, he gets the crap kicked out of him.

The attacker's identity is a complete mystery, and the filmmakers try to keep us guessing by the use of sh1t editing. But from what we can see, it's obvious they have flexible legs, a shapely arse, a pair of matching pyramid-shaped mounds on their chest, and nothing dangling from the crotch of those skin-tight black leggings. I think we all know what that means, don't we folks.

Did you find a region 2 copy of this? Or do you have (as I suspect, given the range of content) a multi-region DVD player?

If you found a region 2 copy I would love to know where.

You ask a very simple question, and I wish I could give you an equally straightforward answer. But it's a bit more complicated than that.

Yes, I have a multi-region DVD player - but it has been broken for some time now. So everything gets thrown into the R2 player initially these days. Some discs are rejected with a non-compatibility warning, but other DVDs from around the world work perfectly in it, whatever might be written on the box.

My copy of Cannibal Corpse Killers was imported from the US [Barcode 876964017046], and it's labelled NTSC Region 1. But it played fine in my UK player. So it's back over to you now. There's a decent chance the DVD will be compatible with your machine too - but obviously I can't personally guarantee it.

For the rest of you - sorry about the lack if pictures here, but I'll be back soon with the concluding part of "Who could possibly be underneath the all-black gear?"
