1- Pay the wrestlers on time
2- Treat them well (without being a needy creep) so they want to work with you again
3- Create a Twitter presence
4- Get 2-3 good jobbers, that SHUT UP! No jokes, no smiling. Yesterday I saw a clip and I was interested but the guy was laughing so I decided never to buy from that company.
5- Scour pornhub and other sites to make sure you're not being pirated.
6- Create something we can't get for free, or haven't seen yet. Keep records and submissions on matches. Add in ropes or other stuff that isn't readily available.
7- Make your product look as professional as possible.
8- Don't be a dick online. Crazy that has to be said but I won't buy from certain producers bc they are dicks.
9- Never let anyone know your politics.

Good luck.
This 100%. Follow it and you can't go wrong.

When we started out 20+ years ago, we shot what we liked. Fortunately, we found a bunch of guys who had similar interests and managed to build a successful business from there.

I think you were a bit too narrow on your requirements is all.

If you're starting a company, go for broad appeal. Age (within reason) shouldn't matter. Tats, attire, and hair length shouldn't matter. Athleticism shouldn't either, at least not be a deal breaker anyway. Some of the best girls I've worked with arent what I would consider "athletic" in the traditional sense. personality and performance mean a lot.

Listen to your customers.

That sounds like some good advice right there. But itís really hard to be original with this sort of thing.

For commercial consumption, it's not the best long term plan.
What would you consider at the best plan then?

Start with a broad idea of your "brand". Basically, go with wide appeal (not necessarily what you want to see) and your customers (mostly through sales) will tell you what's working.

You're going to have a hard time finding girls, (especially if it's mixed, and even a hard time finding the right guy, more on that in a bit) getting them to reply, show up on time (if at all), and perform. So with your criteria, you're already painting yourself into a corner.

As far as guy, as tempting as it may be, I'd recommend not being the guy in them. Girls will be put off by this. But maybe that can be offset by session wrestlers or girls that are ok with girl-guy scenes. As far as using someone else, get the right guy. There's plenty of links about ideal jobbers (I'm even brought up as one! haha) with great info, but overall, find someone who will be professional with the girls and not make a joke of it, and who will be ok with losing.

I would look at modeling sites for talent of both genders, or apps like bumble bizz, tho in my experience you're less likely to find quality there. Guys you know and trust who won't make you look bad in front of the girls. It's 2020 and they have a lot of leverage, so you want to make them as comfortable as possible.
