Most 'normal' women who are into combat sports but not into mixed wrestling can beat guys who not into combat sports.

Well I don't apply moves, didn't wrestle in school but played football. Hypothetically she may have trouble with a skilled wrestler but wrestlers don't encounter opponents that big and she has experience using her body now so like you said, most moves would probably just backfire on you.

That is pretty much what happened, my holds backfired or did not work. i may give your gf a bit more of hard time then you but in the end gravity would take over I believe
