So, Veve was a legit grappler sgainst Raquel? She was a purple belt at the time?
I used this example because I knew you were the one arguing that in the "Most One-Sided F/F Matches" thread, my friend You wanted to say purple belt meant someone was good, yes? Does it mean someone is "legit"? Does it mean that person cannot be legitimately submitted by a headscissor submission?

You're the one using the term "legit grappler." I just wanted to know what that means exactly.

I imagine the kimura to head and neck scissors transition is one that Veve would like to get.
Sort of like this, right? (granted, not exactly the head-sit kimura to start, but close). I have seen her do this one a few times, but definitely have seen her go for reverse headscissors even more.

That is pretty much it. I like to do that one myself...especially on lower belts, tough to get on higher belts.

My point was that I haven't seen Veve try to submit a wrestler like Ariel, Venom, Bettie... using head or bodyscissors even though I know that she strong legs.

I don't know Simon. I didn't see her match against Veve. I don't know who won. However, a purple belt usually is a good, legit grappler, but that doesn't mean she's on the level of the other wrestles I mentioned. I have to see her wrestle

My point: VeVe doesn't always have an opportunity to use headscissors as a submission attack in all competitive situations, but she is not opposed to using headscissors when she can. And she especially likes when she can score with them.
