An interesting video, but I got the opposite impression: she looked really at a loss what to do at times, the referee even assisted her once by placing her hands so that she could defend better when the boy got her arm in a hold and then, while the boy still had her arm in a hold, the referee interfered once again and broke the hold for no reason that I can see.

Yes, I agree that she is not that highly skilled. She is strong, aggressive, and tough. She stood up to all of his attacks, fought back and ended up on top pounding him, but she didn't really know how to finish him. She just pounded away until he found a way to catch her arm and lock it in. If she added more skill to her existing strengths, she'd beat him.
