Honestly I think it must be incredibly embarrassing if you're that age and your mum is a 'MILF' that your friends are eyeballing and want to come over to watch her practising her shadow boxing.

I know this is very old post, but why would it be embarrassing? I would be proud of my mom if she looked that good and sportive, that even my friends would be eyeballing her. And if she actually could kick some ass, that's even better.

We should always be proud of our moms unless they are like really bad and do stupid shit. Why wouldn't you be proud of a strong and beautiful woman that's also your mom?

You have to take your mind back to when you're a teenager, like 14-18.

It's an age where you want to be branching out on your own. Parents are, broadly speaking, "uncool" in general. Being seen with your parents is uncool. Hanging out with your parents is uncool.

I think you're mixing things up.

It's one thing if my mother, speaking hypothetically, tried to date my PE teacher. I would have more than a couple of questions, not because she wanted to date, but because she was trying to date someone so clearly below her level (back then, I didn't respect most of teachers at all). I would feel betrayed, I would say.

But if she was doing shadow boxing on Instagram (which didn't exist back then) and doing it like a pro, posting her pictures like Cat Zingano does, I don't think I would be embarrassed in the least. If anything, I would probably think about myself that I must have great genetics if my mother is so healthy and sexually attractive to far younger men. A lot of other moms would be out of shape compared to her and be definitely less cool than my mom is. I mean, I still wouldn't want hanging with her, but nah, I wouldn't be ashamed of it either.

Actually thinking about it, this gives me an idea about a story I might write...

Said all of the above, I would never let anyone speak disrespectfully about my mother. I had some issues with her back then, as a lot of teenagers, but I never talked bad about her to my friends, and they also never attempted to do that.
