Has anybody wrestled Kristie lately ? I heard she has cut a fair amount of weight as of late and is in very good shape. Looking forward to any reports - thanks

Kristie has lost 30 pounds and now weighs 166 lbs.

She is more energetic than ever and still kicking ass.

That is awesome! But she is an amazing woman at any size or weight! I agree..run, don’t walk, to see her!

Good News about Kristie, I am glad that the rumors I heard were true about her getting herself in great shape. I met her once and she is a truly a sweetheart and a good wrestler.

She was the very first woman I wrestled in a session. She was quite strong and very skilled, more of an old-school wrestler than a jiu-jitsu practitioner.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and sessioning with Kristie Etzold on her last trip to Cleveland. This was my first true session, after having a bad experience some years back with a locally based wrestler, and I was a little nervous when I knocked on her door. Within the first five minutes, I felt like I'd known her for years. She has a terrific way of immediately putting a 'newb' at ease and making them feel completely comfortable. I had requested a scissors to submission session, with facesitting. This lady is STRONG! I was amazed at how she was able to make me tap out to her time after time, especially to her famous (or infamous) reverse headscissors. I was seeing stars and nearly lost consciousness several times During my recovery times, we talked nonstop about the business, how she got started, and who my 'bucket list' of wrestlers would be. She also named the wrestler I'd had the bad experience with, and told me that I wasn't the only one who had a complaint against her. When she was finally through toying with me, I was very surprised that our session had run over by almost half an hour. After a very nice good bye hug, I left, feeling that I had a new friend. I will be sessioning with her again, and want to add my endoresement to the others here--if you ever get a chance to see Kristie, by all means make sure that you do!!
