Pinned Down Mixed Boxing

I've noticed there seems to be a lot less interest in mixed boxing than in mixed wrestling. Is there a reason why? Is boxing less attractive? Are there any girls out here who think the opposite?

Probably due to the higher probability of injury, but I wish there was more of it.

I always start a session with boxing or kickboxing, depending on the woman's comfort with it. It's very hard to go more than 20 minutes at a high level when it's semi-competitive. If it's competitive, 5 minutes will push most people's cardio to the limit. Then you need a break.

Maybe it's less popular because a man's upper body strength advantage makes it less even. I Iike matches with women in my weight class or larger to compensate for that.

The power for punches comes from the hips, not the chest or arms. Also, yeah, 5 minutes is brutal, which is why pro boxing bouts are broken up into 3 minute rounds.

I imagine it is less popular because you're getting punched. Risk for injury is higher.

I appreciate the fact everyone has their own preference, but I'd much rather be scissored than punched. Besides, hitting a girl or viewing it, even if it's scripted, holds no appeal to me and just doesn't seem right. Again, to each his own.

I certainly like both. In my experience there are fewer session wrestlers prepared to do mixed boxing (as opposed to wrestling or beatdowns) for perfectly understandable reasons e.g. not wanting to be hit, risk of injury etc.

And for guys, in regular life most of us would not think of hitting a woman.

But if the lady is trained in boxing, kickboxing, and/or mma then and she is cool with doing mixed boxing in a session then I see no problem.

When I meet women for mixed wrestling I always like to go semi when the lady goes full competitive and I do like the ladies to punch and kick me but I wont punch or kick with any power, not even close to semi, it is just to show I can land. I know I probably wont hurt them if I go semi but I would not want to take that chance. I want the lady to try to beat me and somewhat earn it, that is why I am not big into fantasy but I I like wrestling a lot more for myself because it is a lot more of a turn on to me.

One import aspect have not been mentioned there is much closer body contact when wrestling, especially schoolgirl pin, grapevine-pin, head/body-scissors, face-sitting, and even when rumbling around.

I like both.
But boxing needs to be more of a sparring session, not a bout.
This allows a wider difference in strength to still be "competitive"
A modest force punch that lands right still sends a message and after a round you both know who won the round.

With wresting, the competition can be much more forceful.
