Two of the greatest skills in the sporting world are swinging a bat and swinging a golf club. There are products available to the consumer that can allow for point-by-point analysis of any swing. And the girls can swing it just as well as the boys...or vice-versa.

Once again, your argument fails. And when you present it in 6 months from now, it will fail again.

no it will not fail again since we had to argue against someone stating that west european women were genetically superior to the middle east men. We proved him wrong and he left the forum.

if you don´t know the differences between women and men in soccer in tennis is because you don´t know much about this sport.

For example, ATP men don´t hit the ball the same way WTA women do.
For some reason men put less amplitude at the beginning of the move, hit the ball in a more controlled way, putting some spin to it. Women begin the move far from behind and hit the ball flatter, in a less controlled way and can aim less efficiently the sides of the pitch.

Everyone having practiced Tennis knows that. Even if i think women coud hit like ATP players, they usually don´t do it, not clear why.

Everyone knows that the under 14-15 of a football club will usually confortably win against the female side of the club. Evreyone knows that boys don´t have a physical edge at this age. They just play better.

Don´t take it personnally. These are just facts.

I am not BJJ specialists and i believe those saying there is no technical differences, and some people seem here to say women are actually more technical. Why not?
It is also the case in climbing.

female elite track and field athletes usually outperform high school track and fields boys, so i don´t think. Difference is the boys play technically much better at this age, despite being less trained, less prepared and having very little tactical knowledge in comparison to the professional women.

I doubt there is any evidence that the male brain is significantly better (or worse) at learning techniques than the female brain.

If the average male BJJ fighter puts in more hours of training than the average female BJJ fighter, the average male BJJ fighter will be more skilled than the average female BJJ fighter. If the average female puts in more hours, the average female will be more skilled. If I had to guess, I'd say men put in more hours.

If we are taking about the elite men and women (not the average men and women), the men will be more skilled as the pool of male BJJ fighters significantly deeper (bigger) than the pool of female BJJ fighters. The bigger the pool, the more skill that is required to be at the top of that pool.

There are other second order factors at play (e.g. certain body-types being more suited to certain techniques, quality rather than quantity of training, etc) but I think it is primarily a numbers game.

Female soccer players tend to be shorter than males, and thus would have shorter legs with which to run.

Female soccer players typically have less lean muscle per pound, and thus would have mass and lean muscle with which to kick the ball or jump to head it.

Therefore, males have better technique.

i am speaking about high school kids, not men.
these elite females are supposed to have better conditionning and athletism, as track and field usually have over high school kids.

High school boys are generally close to the height they will have as adults. As a group, they’re generally as tall or taller than adult females.

Younger males in particular tend to have more lean muscle as a percentage of body fat than most any other age or gender group.

If both high school males and adult females have the same skill level, the boys would likely win more because biology gives them advantages in height, lean muscle pound-for-pound and body mass.

As I noted before, longer legs could help them run faster. More lean muscle and body mass could help them jump higher and kick the ball faster and farther.

I don’t what you’re referring to in track and field. If you have evidence of that, go ahead and show it.

My evidence with track and fields is that for example the female 100m record is 10.76 (Evelyn Ashford) and the NSWCHSSA Track and Field boys record is 10.98 (N. McCulle 15 y.o.)

It seems you don´t know much about football.
Height in football is no particular advantage. Taller players might better heading advatages but they also tend to be less skilled: that is why spain dominated world soccer for so long. Messi is the world best player and is small.

also there is no rule about longer legs helping to run faster. Messi or Salah are amongst the fastest players and are very small. actually smaller players are usually quicker than the taller.

if you were into football, you would know that boys develop very soon technical skills that women, even at the best level don´t develop.
We talk about 14-15 years old boys sill going to school, without professional preparation, being far from their adult form and with very little tactical knowledge or experience, dominating the best female teams in the world. And these local boys, even if they might be pretty good are not future elite players for a vast majority of them and will never make it to professional football.

from an article about the 7-0 loss from the Australian female team against 15 years old boys:

Assistant Coach Gary van Egmond said that he was “surprised” by the outcome.
“To be honest we didn’t expect that,” he said, adding, “The Jets boys were very good, all credit to them, they moved the ball around very well and were excellent all night.”

The numbers you cite are for the Australian state of New South Wales.

The following numbers compare the best women did in 2017 to how under-18 boys did that year:

Women’s best, 2017, 400 meters: 49:46.

Best time in ‘17 by boy under age 18: 45:38.

Number of under-18 boys who ran faster than women’s best in 2017: 285.

Women’s best in ‘17, 1,500 meters: 3:56.14.

Best time by under-18 boy in ‘17: 3:37.41.

Number of under-18 boys who ran it faster than top female in 2017: At least 101.

Women’s best,‘17, high jump: 2.06 meters.

Boys’ best in ‘17 alone: 2.25 meters.

Number of boys who beat women’s best that year: 28.

Women’s best, ‘17: triple jump: 14.96 meters.

Boys’ best in ‘17 alone: 17.30 meters.

I'm surprised he hasn't been banned yet.

His 'argument' is always the same - that the successes of certain men will somehow mitigate the failings of others.

Do they?

If Joe has crappier technique and gets his ass kicked by Tanya, does it soothe his ego in knowing there's a good few men and even boys (OMG!) out there that can beat Tanya? When a female team beats an all-male team at soccer, surely it's worth hearing about the times the USWNT was beaten by under 15 'boys' teams, right?

Is it trolling, attempting to provoke a reaction - any reaction. Or does it stem from self-esteem issues? I don't know, but it's pretty pathetic either way.

Sorry but here you compare women with 18 years old "adult" men. At this age, some of the boys are already in professional first teams. I mentioned games between elite female athletes and 14-15 years old boys. Of course a woman team will be crushed by a U18 male team, even a not that technical
