Strange no one has posted it here - Lucia Rijker is undefeated in Muay Thai and Boxing. Her only defeat came against a man during an exhibition match. Rijker was at the prime of her career but still the guy defeated her easily

Some Judo demos I found many years ago!


There's a 4 minute version here - [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] - but the original sound has been replaced with music. I found that distracting myself (I always want to hear the action), but it's still worth a look.


(and 1:19 is exactly why I prefer to hear the actual sound!)


More annoying music!

Yes, occasionally reality breaks the delusisons some people have about mixed fights, wrestling or boxing.

A young female Japanese TV star visits Israel to receive one-to-one combat lesson from an official instructor of Krav Maga for the Israeli Military. Intensive training lasts for a week leaving her a bunch of bruises and cuts made by "street-brutal" spars. Please don't assume all J-girls are tough like this girl because she's pretty big for a Japanese and she has some solid martial arts experience as shown in the video. Hebrew with Japanese caption.
