What makes you think escorts are cheaper? I'm sure there are sites that list them at cheaper prices, and at more expensive prices. If her profile doesn't look special and she's charging $600/hour, don't book with her. There are other options. My guess is also if you contact a regular escort and try to ask her about this stuff, she'll get weirded out or have no idea what you're talking about. Time has value, and it's nice to not have to waste time getting them up to speed, hoping they're willing to do it, and hoping they're good at it (probably requires multiple sessions for them to learn these things well).

Couple things I want to point out.

There is skill to be had in fantasy and semi-competitive sessions. Because the customers want to be abused physically, mentally and emotionally this raises the cap on the market. I don't think there is really a similar market to compare it to.

Dude, come on. There is nothing abusive about a consenting adult paying another consenting adult for a luxury service that the former consenting adult finds enjoyment out of. This isn’t a case of price gouging a basic necessity like housing, food and utilities. Having to pay for something that arouses you sexually is not abuse, and quite frankly that is insulting to people who have dealt with actual abuse.
