Didn't Mandy lose the "title" to Mai (I think that's her name)? I remember there was a specific photoset where they called Mai "Ichiban" (Number One in Japanese). Either way, Mandy's a very nice looking little minx.

She did.

Although I've always suspected Mai was only ever meant to be a 'transitional' champion. She only held the 'belt' for three weeks, losing it in her first defence to Yong Yee. I have a feeling Mai only won the belt because Footmode couldn't organise a shoot between Mandy and Yong Yee, maybe because they didn't have a mutually free day. So instead, Footmode had to use Mai as a means of getting the title from Mandy onto Yong Yee.

To be honest, whether that's what happened or not, it's still a shame. Whatever the reason, we were deprived of what would have been a classic match up between Mandy and Yong Yee. Instead, that's a contest which now only lives on as another one of those "What if?" matches...

I think most of the girls in the Footmode roster are not real fighters, but they have some background in dancing - which is very useful when staging fighting pics.

On the other hand, as far as I know, Phoenix was one of the few girls in the Footmode roster that actually was a skilled martial artist (I believe she had a black belt in tae kwon do).

I'm 100% sure Dia Zerva also had a martial arts/wrestling background (I think she had a green belt in BJJ).

Do you know other girls in the Footmode roster who have had actual martial arts training?

There are other two women I'm not 100% sure.
Trinity is very muscular and her stance is often convincing. I've never seen her clips, so I can't be sure, but she may have some kind of martial arts background.
The german beauty Stanzi may be a kickboxer. Again, I haven't seen any clip with her, so I don't know how she moves. However, her high kicks seem having a really good form to me...
