At 0.45s he does look to be throwing some head shots albeit low volume throughout the fight, perhaps it's because it's bare knuckle, I think the punch that caused the stoppage did connect, you can actually hear it. I imagine he was a low grade ex fighter who took this fight at little notice against an active very proficient fighter and payed the price.
You can see at the end he still doesn't know what day of the week it is. She has this win pinned to her Instagram bio too.
